I go back and forth between my maternity pillow and regular pillows. You don’t have to buy a maternity pillow.

I just put a pillow between my knees and than hug a pillow and than tuck one corner under my belly to help support it so my belly doesn’t pull my back down.

you should try the pillow..pressure is just a part of pregnancy and you will just have to cope with it. an maybbe insted of laying on ur hips cause I know that hurts..lay kinda on ur stomache but kinda on ur side with ur hip further back than forward..it takes some pressure off ur hip..

i used the maternity pillow but now at 37 weeks nothing works for me. i do recommend trying the pillow though because it does give great support. i think that right now im just miserable and the only thing that will make me comfortable is going into labor!

Invest in a body pillow and don't bend over so far when on the toilet. Unfortunately things don't get better until after you have delivered. It's all worth it though, I promise-

At either of those prices you will be purchasing a very low grade, low quality memory foam pillow. The cool touch should breathe better allowing more air circulation. Check out the Isoperfect at Bed Bath and beyond. They run about 60.00 and are very good quality pillows. You can sometimes get a 20% off coupon there as well.

Memory foam pillow that are going to hold up and last typically cost 80.00 or more. I tell people you get what you pay for.

"Memory" foam is a marketing term for viscoelastic open cell polyurethane foam.
